The Dust Collector with Powder Coating Booth is a specially designed system for achieving clean, efficient, and high-quality powder coating operations. It combines a powder coating booth with an integrated dust collection and powder recovery unit, ensuring a dust-free environment and maximum powder utilization.
The booth provides a controlled space for spraying powder onto metal surfaces, while the dust collector continuously extracts and filters oversprayed powder using cartridge filters with reverse pulse cleaning. This allows for recycling of unused powder, reducing waste and improving coating economy.
Constructed from heavy-duty powder-coated mild steel panels, the system ensures durability, easy maintenance, and operator safety. It is ideal for small, medium, and large-scale coating plants.
